The Modifiable Variables in Parkinsonism Study has been observing the food choices and habits associated with PD progression for over a decade. This presentation is a synopsis of what I've learned, where my thinking has come, and my take on the state of the science.
The most valuable part of this course is the discussion, where students share their own successful strategies for behavior modification.
Dr. Mischley will provide a brief overview of the relevance of bone health to people with parkinsonism and then hand the stage over to Dr. Neustadt for a deep dive into bone integrity, monitoring, and remodeling.
